How do I proceed with In Lab Services?

• Call us to discuss your situation

• A Data Services Representative gathers information on your problem

• You package the drive(s) and send to our lab

• After receiving the drive(s), we perform a diagnosis and communicate the results

• We perform the repairs

• Your data is backed up to CD or Tape Backup

• Data is sent back to you for restoration
